JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 216 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and allegation against him is of subjecting the complainant to cruelty with respect to demand of dowry.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the petitioner was kidnapped and he was forcibly got married with the complainant for which, he has also lodged a case and the entire allegation is false and concocted. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant opposed the prayer for bail.
