2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shanichari P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/126(2)/115(2)/ 117(2)/109(1)352/351(3) of the BNS and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The firing made by the petitioner did not hit the victim. The firing made by one Sandeep Thakur has hit the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 30.10.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

5. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and will accept the bail bond if he has clean antecedent. In case, there are some case are found against him, his bail bonds shall not be accepted. During the pendency of this case, the petitioner will mark his attendance in Sirisiya police station every month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
