Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-304(B), 201/34of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner No. 1 is elder brother-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is Gotani of the deceased and contention on behalf of petitioners is that they are separate from husband of the deceased, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition. It is also pointed out that moreover, the statement of the deceased was recorded in hospital and in the said statement, she specifically, stated that she was caught in fire, accidentally.
