JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Petitioner apprehends her arrest in relation to Silao P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the manner in which the daughter-in-law was found dead, which was homicidal in nature, I am not inclined to entertain this application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks and seek regular bail, where her prayer may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced to the order of this Court.
