The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.13 of 2016, a case under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim girl. Husband is already in jail as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2017.

Considering the age of the petitioner as well as the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58102 of 2017 (4) dt.01-02-2018 P2/ Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
