After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from today and to seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law, especially considering the fact that no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and one of the co-accused has already been granted bail by the learned Court below itself.
