The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.187 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with Garasa on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the occurrence took place on 29.04.2020, but the FIR was lodged on 10.12.2020 after delay of eight months without any explanation.
