The petitioner seeks bail in Barahiya P.S. Case No. 215 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

From bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that this is a case of civil dispute for which Title Suit No. 62 of 2020 is pending in the Court of Sub Judge-I, Lakhisarai. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2021 and chargesheet has already been submitted.

Learned APP as well as learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17269 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of dispute and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 215 of 2020.
