2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 395 of the Penal Code against unknown, as would appear from the First Information Report dated 21.07.2012 vide Bochaha P.S. Case No. 127/12. Besides the present case, petitioner is also accused in one another case i.e. Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 378/12, which was also registered on 21.07.2012 itself.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that besides the present case and Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 378/12 he is not accused in any other case. In Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 378/12 petitioner has already been allowed privilege of bail in the event of arrest.
4. In the circumstances, let petitioner, named above,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33447 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 127/12, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (V.N. Sinha, J) Rajesh/- U T
