2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the I.P.C. lodged on 06.05.2022 by the informant, Rajendra Paswan.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that they slept after taking meal and in the morning when they woke up, the entire house was ransacked and there was a theft worth Rs. 6,00,000/-. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that his name has come in the confessional statement and he is

5. Learned APP has taken this Court to paragraph3 of the petition to show that he has five criminal antecedent of the same nature.

6. In that background, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail after surrendering in the matter.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
