The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioners during investigation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to them in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 358 of 2014 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
