Petitioner is in custody in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)A,26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that one loaded pistol was recovered from his possession.

The petitioner is in custody since 2.11.2019. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like

Case No. 108 of 2019 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer for a period of one month to combat pandemic Covid-19 and as such he is required to report to the Nodal Officer, Sheohar who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
