JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 05-12-2022 When the matter was taken up in the morning session, learned counsel for the appellant vehemently contended that office objections have been cleared. Pursuant to the earlier order dated 04.11.2022 like item Nos. 42, 60, 73, 77 and 104. The registry is stated to have raised fresh objection however, perusal of the registry report it is evident that they have reiterated office objections have not been removed in the light of objection defects No. 42, 60, 73, 77 and 104. The same has not been appreciated by the learned counsel for the appellant. Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed in the light of earlier order dated 04.11.2022.
