2. A bare perusal of the order dated 17.10.2019, passed in CWJC No.20100 of 2019, would show that the petitioner has withdrawn the said writ petition, hence this Court

Patna High Court MJC No.828 of 2020(3) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 is of the view that the present contempt petition is not maintainable inasmuch as no directions have been issued to the opposite parties, hence there cannot be any disobedience on the part of the opposite parties.

3. Thus, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
