ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 320 of 2014 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, Distt. West Champaran.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4148 of 2015 (5) dt.26-05-2015 2/2 before the Court below, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
