The petitioner seeks bail in Kharik P.S. Case No. 163 of 2017(G.R. No. 979 of 2017) registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)A/26(I) of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of country made loaded pistol and three live cartridges. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
