Learned counsel for the State has submitted that it is a case of civil dispute, and if, the stay is vacated, the final form/charge-sheet may be submitted by the police. In these circumstances, the stay order is vacated and this application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/state that the investigation of the case be concluded within two months from today and an appropriate final form/charge-sheet may be filed.
