2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ/ writs in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to immediately provide the benefits of second and third Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) from the due date which has not provided to the petitioner up till now.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9095 of 2021 dt.08-03-2022 2/3 (ii) For commanding the respondents as to why the benefits of second and third A.C.P. has not been provided to the petitioner despite the specific direction of Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Nawada (Respondent No. 4) in his order dated 19-01passed in Complain No.

7350128112003668 filed on 28-11-2020.

(iii) For commanding the respondents as to why the benefits of 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. has not provided to him though there is no laches on the part of petitioner.

(iv) For any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper as the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Even though petitioner has submitted representation, however, representation do not reveal the service particulars of the petitioner and from what date petitioner is entitled to 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. If such details are furnished to the third respondent - The District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nawada, the third respondent - The District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nawada is hereby directed to pass a detailed order as to whether petitioner is entitled to 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. or not.

4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine service particulars of the petitioner read with the A.C.P. Scheme/Rules and decide the petitioner's grievance, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of petitioner's fresh representation to be submitted.
