JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions to the Respondents Authorities to compensate the damaged to the petitioner by way of money or employment for spoiling whole carrier of the petitioner for not publishing the result of B.A. Part-I (Pass Course) Examination 1998 and when the petitioner filed the writ application
Patna High Court CWJC No.14205 of 2014(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/3 C.W.J.C.No. 8797 of 2002 before this Hon'ble High Court for publication of the result of B.A. Part-I pass course and on 27.8.2002 the C.W.J.C. No. 8797 was disposed of by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Chandramauli Kumar Prasad with a direction to publish the result of the petitioner in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of the order but in spite of the said order on receipt of order. The result of the petitioner was not published and ultimately the petitioner has filed contempt petition Vide M.J.C.No. 1253 of 2003 and the said contempt petition was heard on 27.4.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
