ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 452, 323, 324 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi.

It is noted with some defects that the Petitioner has neither mentioned the fact of Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in paragraph 1.

In view of the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
