The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner in course of patrolling duty by the informant and other police personnel. Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.09.2019 and on investigation, the police has already submitted the charge sheet. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with
