ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 241 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 63 and 68 of the Copy Right Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

Considering the nature of material against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
