Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.28 of 2017, registered under Sections 376/448/506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant fell in love with the petitioner established sexual relationship and became pregnant. Thereafter the petitioner started giving pressure to the informant to terminate pregnancy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was a consensual relationship as per the allegation itself, the girl is major and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Raju Ansari is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4295 of 2018(2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.28 of 2017.
