The petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 20.08.2018 passed in CWJC No.14303 of 2016 to fill up vacancies relating to Advertisement is 2013-14 from the panel to prepared.

A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Bihar, Patna and learned State Counsel submits that after framing of the rules relating to appointment of Class-D employees, the petitioners

Patna High Court MJC No.898 of 2019(8) dt.06-07-2023 3/3 will have the chance to appear in the examination conducted by the Bihar State Staff Selection Commission, Patna and all those who were empanelled in the district of Siwan, their cases have already been referred to the said Commission and they will also not have to pay any fee of the said examination. In view of the fair submission put forward by the learned State counsel, in the opinion of the Court, no contempt is made out.

It goes without saying that the petitioners will be getting weightage in the examination in view of the fact that the panels have been referred by the District Administration itself. If the petitioners still have any grievance, they can always agitate the matter before an appropriate court. The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Prakash Narayan /- U
