In absence of petitioner it is alleged that a countrymade gun has been recovered along with a Nokia mobile and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 17.07.2017.

Accordingly, petitioner Ganesh Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
