The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 163 of 2019, arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 02.02.2019. He further submits that 17.4 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered. He further submits that the alleged liquor was seized from a motorcycle, which does not belong to the petitioners.
