The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura Mahila P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 498 (A), 323, 494, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner alongwith his family members used to torture the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is the husband of the informant and is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.12.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura Mahila P.S.
