This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 796 of 2017 arising out of Samastipur (Hasanpur) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 for offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that first information report is against unknown and the only material against the petitioner is that he had made phone calls to the deceased, but, last call was not made by him and in the confessional statement of a co-accused, no active participation is alleged against him and there was dispute of the deceased with the petitioner, who has
