2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Brahampur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 455 of 2022 instituted under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. The recovery is of around 25 litres of illicit liquor. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

He further submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 2, Buxar/concerned Court in connection with Brahampur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 455 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Nala Road, Patna and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after
