ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

In view of the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, who is a Police Constable, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7245 of 2015 (2) dt.26-05-2015 2/2 The Superintendent of Police, Munger is directed to take notice of the Petitioner that he is implicated in a case of this nature.

Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Munger in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 pending before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
