Petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2018 in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 354(A), 354(B), 354(C), 354(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has not whispered the names of these petitioners, which is evident from annexure-2 and 3. The petitioners are rotting in custody for two months.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41149 of 2018 (2) dt.18-07-2018 the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018.
