The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No. 401/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

The police raided a place on information that criminals were planning to commit dacoity. One person namely, Kumar Vikram @ Gopal was apprehended on the spot and from his possession one country made pistol was recovered. He disclosed the name of the petitioner Nepo Khan @ Md. Hanif. It is submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25674 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 petitioner but it appears that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the disclosure of the co-accused apprehended on the spot and petitioner has got criminal antecedent. He is accused in as many as six criminal cases.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
