Considering the aforesaid submissions, I do not find any reason to interfere in the order impugned passed by the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Complaint Case No. 518 of 2011 corresponding to S.Tr. No. 978 of 2011/1741 of 2013 by which he has refused to discharge.
