The petitioner is accused in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016, registered under Section 399 & 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol along with four live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 06.01.2016.
