2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forest Case No. 43 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 9, 39, 49(B), 51 of the Wild Life Protection Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 2.8 Kg of Indian Pangolin Scales (Manis Craassicaudata) has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2024 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned Court below in connection with Forest Case No. 43 of 2024, subject to condition that:- (i).

The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Jagdishpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
