Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be rice miller and it is alleged that 3000 quintals paddy were supplied to her and she had to return 2010 quintals rice but she supplied only near about 540 quintals rice and accordingly, misappropriated the government money to the tune of Rs. 31,83,373.20/- Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is
