1. Heard the parties.

2. The prayer has been made for grant of benefit of 3rd Assured Career Progression (ACP).

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made an application to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran Motihari (Annexure-1).

4. The Court does not find any receiving on the same and, is not inclined to accept that it has been submitted. There is also no postal receipt showing that it has even been sent by post.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be submitting his representation before the Respondent

6. If such application is submitted within four weeks, respondent No. 5 should consider and pass order thereupon, in accordance with law, within eight weeks thereafter.
