The petitioners are in custody in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a), (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 387 liters liquor was seized. Petitioners are in custody since 27.05.2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they were arrested on suspicion. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
