The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barauni P.S. Case No. 122/2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 353, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, a police officer, alleged that a motor accident took place in which one person died and the angry mob set ablaze the said Ambassador Car.

It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The names of the petitioners were disclosed by the Chowkidar, but no overt act is alleged against these petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20768 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.
