====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (for brevity, APP) appearing for the State of Bihar.
Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10965 of 2021 (Annexure- 1). As per report dated 24th May 2022, five witnesses, out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, have already been examined. The Trial Court has directed the learned APP to adduce the evidence on regular basis.
Learned counsel for the informant is also present and submits that all endeavours shall be taken to ensure that the trial be expedited without any undue delay.

No.16966 of 2022(4) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 In view, thereof, this Court does not find any basis to take a different view than what has been taken in the order dated 06.07.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10965 of 2021 (Annexure- 1) wherein, after due consideration, petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected. Prayer for bail is again rejected.
However, this Court would observe that without any undue adjournments or unnecessary delay, the Trial Court should proceed with the matter for expeditious disposal of the case.
