The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant alleged that she was married to Sanjay Kumar Jha on 03.02.2006, but her husband and other in-laws began to demand money and subjected her all sorts of torture. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant.

No.34217 of 2014 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are inlaws of the informant, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
