The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.134 of 2012 registered under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the allegations made in the FIR against the petitioners were not found true by the police during investigation and the investigating agency submitted final report holding the accusation made against them without substance as also the fact that the doctor, who conducted postmortem examination, did not find any injury on the person of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20663 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 the deceased, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Motihari, (East Champaran) in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.134 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
