2. The present application has been filed to modify the condition No.1 imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 29.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72674 of 2024 wherein and whereby the petitioner has been directed to "remain physically present in the Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the ld. Court concerned".
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be allowed to represented through his counsel on each and every date for the reason that the petitioner is a young
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17820 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 boy having his academic career ahead of him and he is desirous of studying medical course (equivalent to M.B.B.S.) from reputed university abroad starting from the academic year 2025 and has already received admission offers.
4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the materials available on records, I am not inclined to modify my earlier order.
5. Accordingly, this modification application stands dismissed.
