JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 23-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that several other co-accused having identical allegation to that of the petitioner have already been granted anticipatory bail by different orders passed by different Benches

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20831 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2 / 2 of this Court. In support of his submission, Mr. Bhola Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a web copy of the order dated 13.05.2016 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19124 of 2016 whereby five co-accused, namely, Sudhir Kumar Chaurasia @ Sudhir Chaurasia, Md. Mansur Kalim, Deokinandan Mandal, Vasudeo Das and Ram Lakhan Vaidya have been granted anticipatory bail. Let the same be kept on record.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 13.05.2016, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
