ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/323/325/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner was not there in the First Information Report, but subsequently, at some point of time, his name surfaced and till date, there was no action against him. However, all of a sudden, the petitioner was taken into custody on 23.08.2017 in altogether irregular manner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and shall participate in the further investigation and shall also co-operate in

Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 498 of 2014.
