The supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioners is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354-B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The assailant of the injured is petitioner no.1 namely, Om Prakash Yadav, who has been arrested by the police and on his behalf this anticipatory bail application has already

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28070 of 2021(3) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 09.03.2022. The petitioner no.2 is not the assailant of the informant and the injury sustained by the informant is found to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this anticipatory bail application is allowed on behalf of petitioner no.2, above named.

Let the petitioner no.2, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Madhepura, in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
