JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY) Date : 03-09-2019 A vague claim has been made by the petitioner (in person) that each and every Motor Training Center are running without proper registration as also without proper trainer and, on that account, they are prone to meet with an accident and causing risk to the life of pedestrian in the manner of accidental death and there is also possibility of causing serious injury to the trainer or the trainee.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7440 of 2019 dt.03-09-2019 2/2 The petitioner submits that he has also filed an application before the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar, Secretary, Road Transport Corporation and Home Secretary but, they have not taken any cognizance in the matter. Let the Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Bihar look into the matter and ensure that proper Motor Training Center should operate with proper trainer to avoid any accidental death or causing any type of injury to the trainer or trainee. With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
