Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 188 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 382 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in short is that in the night of 16/17.07.2022 at about 11:00PM, the informant along with her husband and children was sleeping in her room and her nephew was sleeping in the hall. The informant heard a noise at about 03:15am and when she woke up, she saw that 7-8 thieves were committing theft in her house and upon seeing the informant, the thieves fled away.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Munger in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 188 of 2022.
