The effect, reliability, relevancy and admissibility of the report may be considered by the Court below without marking the same as exhibit.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this civil miscellaneous application with liberty to raise this question at the time of hearing of the suit.
