2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical College and Hospital P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022 under Sections 406 & 480 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears that the petitioner without approaching the concerned court who has granted bail to the Opposite Party No. 2 has directly approached this Hon'ble Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid, he seeks permission to withdraw the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17230 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 petition with liberty to move before the concerned court for cancellation of bail bond of the Opposite Party No. 2.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
